LAC+USC West Power Plant

Project Description

This award winning design build project to install the 480-volt infrastructure to replace (2) 500-ton chillers and provide future expansion for a third chiller in the future if required. Careful planning was required to keep the plant up and running while each chiller was replaced separately. With new pumps and a cooling tower A-1 Electrics IBEW Local 11 electricians completed the power and control wiring working along Johnson Controls and Eaton Corp to provide the client with a turnkey project.
